Terms & Conditions

• Minimum 8 pax
• As safety comes first above all else, the trip maybe cancelled due to weather & sea conditions or any other conditions / situation  deemed unsafe by the licensed guide.
• There will be no refund under any of the said condition/ situation
• Non Refundable 50% of the price to be paid at least 1 week in advance.
• Balance to be paid at the pick up point, before the start of the journey to the jetty.

Remarks
The lunch food caters mainly to local tastes. If the pax (in group or individually) wish to have different menu, the price will be different subject to types and availability of raw material. Please give sufficient notice so that we can meet up to discuss & prepare for this subject further.
